FROM PROBLEM STREAM TO AN ADDITIONAL OFF-TAKE CORRIDOR
A clear process for one specific economic case.
Koordera does not start with a general operational analysis. The starting point is exactly one secondary raw material output whose current off-take is to be improved or made more robust.
- 1 Step
Define the problem stream and the objective
The specific output, site, volume range, and current marketing channel are defined. Together we determine whether higher revenue, cost reduction, an additional buyer, or greater off-take resilience is the priority.
- 2 Step
Document the economic baseline
To the extent the case requires it, the current net proceeds or total costs per tonne, existing off-take terms, and identifiable dependencies are recorded confidentially. This baseline later enables a traceable measurement of success.
- 3 Step
Adopt existing data
Koordera adopts existing material data, analyses, data sheets, process information, and photos. Information is flagged according to its evidence status:
- measured
- calculated
- expected or planned
- stated by the material supplier
- unknown or still to be verified
- 4 Step
Close only relevant data gaps
Additional information or testing is proposed only where it is decision-relevant for a specific buyer pathway. External laboratory, sampling, or logistics services are never commissioned without prior approval.
- 5 Step
Carry out the anonymized buyer matching
Koordera translates the available data into an application-specific material profile and assesses it against the real requirements of selected additional buyers. Identities and sensitive information stay protected during this phase.
- 6 Step
Qualify mutual interest
Contact is only continued once the buyer confirms a basic assessment pathway and the material supplier consents to targeted disclosure. Open technical, legal, and commercial points are recorded transparently.
- 7 Step
Support assessment and commercial initiation
Koordera coordinates the controlled handover of documents, samples, and contacts. The parties assess technical suitability, material status, supply capability, price, logistics, and contractual terms on their own responsibility.
- 8 Step
Measure the result against the baseline
If a new off-take channel materializes, the economic benefit is documented against the target metric defined in advance. Koordera success-based compensation arises exclusively under the conditions agreed in writing beforehand.
