Koordera

A CLEAR BROKERING ROLE AND CONTROLLED DATA SHARING

Koordera connects technical verifiability with commercial initiation.

Koordera works on a commercially success-based model and at the same time represents material information in a data-based and unaltered way. Our role sits between material supplier and buyer: we qualify one specific additional off-take pathway without taking ownership of the material or replacing the final decision of the parties involved.

What Koordera takes on

  • defining the specific problem stream and its economic objective
  • adopting and structuring existing material data for a specific application
  • flagging relevant data gaps and evidence status
  • confidential, initially anonymized matching against additional buyer requirements
  • controlled initiation of contact once mutual interest exists
  • coordination of the next documentation, sample, and assessment steps
  • documentation of the agreed commercial result

What Koordera does not take on

  • material ownership or buying and selling on our own account
  • physical acceptance, storage, transport, or processing
  • laboratory testing, certification, or official permits
  • classifying a material as product or waste on our own responsibility
  • final technical, legal, site-related, or commercial approval
  • any guarantee of off-take, price, volume, or contract conclusion

Responsibility of the material supplier

The material supplier is responsible for the accuracy and release of its information, the legal classification of the material, the provision of agreed documents and samples, and actual supply capability.

Responsibility of the buyer

The buyer is responsible for its requirement specification, technical assessment, permit situation, acceptance decision, price approval, and contractual arrangements.

External expert services

Laboratory testing, sampling, logistics, and further expert services are provided by suitable external bodies where needed. Koordera commissions such services only within the agreed scope and never presents them as its own assessment or approval.

Legal role review

Before commercial implementation, the specific material status and scope of services determine which legal roles, notifications, permits, or licensed partners the case requires. Koordera performs no activity subject to authorization for which the necessary permission is not in place.
